CUP League - e-mail game scores
Beginning in the 2007/2008 season, all game results will be reported to the Secretary/Statistician by e-mail only. Scoresheets must be retained by the CUPHL Directors in case an issue comes up that requires the score sheet later. For example, in a case where there is a dispute in the game results or standings, it may be necessary for the CUPHL Director to forward the scoresheet to the League on request.
Each team must designate a contact person. This person may be one of the coaches, the manager, or any other volunteer. In general, only the team contact person should submit the results by e-mail. We don't need 17 e-mail messages all reporting the same score. If you notice a mistake in the results or standings, feel free to e-mail. If your team is not reporting results, please contact your coach and have him/her designate a team contact or volunteer yourself.
Results should be reported by text-only e-mail, one message per game, with the results in the subject line. For each game, please report: Date, level (e.g. bantam), home team (indicate home), home goals, visiting team, visiting goals. Below is an example.
